ONLINE COURSE:

Annual Fundraising for Park Foundations, Friends Groups, and Conservancies

Are you ready to transform your fundraising strategies and make a lasting impact in your organization? We are thrilled to introduce our exclusive online course, specifically designed for nonprofit organizations that philanthropically support local, state, and federal public lands and recreation agencies, such as park foundations, friends groups, conservancies, associations, and societies.

Presenting: Annual Fundraising for Park Foundations, Friends Groups, and Conservancies

Course Overview:

  • Dates: May 8, 2024, to July 16, 2024
  • Structure: Hybrid online format, combining synchronous and asynchronous learning
  • Modules: Nine modules over 10 weeks, including a preparatory Module 0
  • Focus Areas: Fundraising ethics, giving trends, prospect research, and annual fundraising planning for unrestricted funds using a multi-channel approach

What You Will Gain:

  • In-Depth Knowledge: Delve into critical areas of fundraising, excluding grant seeking and special event fundraising.
  • Hands-On Experience: The instructor will guide students through writing a real Comprehensive Fundraising Case Statement, an Annual Fund Plan, and a Direct Mail & Direct Email Letter using Philanthropic Psychology for their park foundation, friends group, or conservancy that will be ready to be used! Also, the instructor will assist students in planning to launch a Resource Development/Fundraising Committee, as well as will help students select and begin using a donor management system for prospect research and relationship-building.
  • Personalized Feedback: Benefit from one-on-one Zoom meetings with the instructor and prompt email responses for your queries.
  • Community Building: Access to our exclusive NAPF Development Network LinkedIn Group and/or Networking Group for ongoing support and networking.

A certificate of completion will be issued indicating that the participant acquired 20 hours of continuing education content.

Pricing:

Compare this course pricing and its online convenience to the cost of traveling to a NRPA conference! Not only is the cost the same, but this course will go VERY deep into a single topic, annual fundraising, as opposed to a smattering of disconnected conference session topics. You'll leave this course with the products you need to actually launch an annual fundraising campaign!

  • Members: $1499
  • Non-Members: $1949

Only 15 seats will be available in this initial cohort!
